What do I do if a package arrives damaged?
To give you better service when you call us about damaged packages, please make sure to document damaged package with the carrier before accepting delivery.
What do I do if my order doesn't arrive in the prescribed time frame?
Contact customer service Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern, and they would gladly help you track the package for you.
